At Zenova India, we want you to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
• The product is damaged during delivery (Video proof required of unboxing the product to be eligible for return)
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged or defective product.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with:
• Order number
• Photos or videos of the product issue
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
