At Fun Junction, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation can only be accepted before dispatch.
